Yes. Hosts can organize income, expenses, maintenance history, mileage and profitability by vehicle while also reviewing totals across the full rental fleet.
What rental car expenses can hosts organize?+
Turo Tracker can organize common operating costs such as fuel, maintenance, cleaning, insurance, registration, supplies, mileage and marketplace service fees.
Does Turo Tracker help with tax preparation?+
The tool provides categorized annual summaries and exportable records to help hosts organize information for their tax professional. Turo Tracker does not provide tax advice.
Can I keep receipts in Turo Tracker?+
Yes. Attach photos or PDFs to any expense, including straight from your phone's camera. The tax summary shows which of the year's expenses still don't have a receipt.
Will my income match my Turo 1099-K?+
It can. Turo's earnings export shows what you were paid after Turo's fees, while the 1099-K reports gross earnings. Enter the 1099-K amount and Turo Tracker records the fees as both income and an expense, so reported income matches the form and net profit stays the same.
Does Turo Tracker alert me to vehicle recalls?+
Yes. It checks NHTSA's recall database about once a week using each car's VIN and shows open recalls on your dashboard. Because NHTSA lists recalls by model, you mark each one done or not applicable for your specific vehicle.
